Definitions In these general conditions the following terms are used in the following meaning, unless otherwise indicated.  

Groundfighter: the party who determinated these terms and conditions. 

The customer: a party which is a natural person.  

1. These conditions apply to any agreement between the customer and Groundfighter to which Groundfighter applied these conditions, where these conditions haven't explicitely en in writing been deviated by party's.

2. These conditions also apply to agreements with Groundfighter, in which third parties should be involved.

3. Any exceptions to these general conditions are valid only if explicitely agreed in writing.  

Products
The products that are offered on this website or in written offers are presented as clearly and truthfully as possible and posses the qualities that Groundfighter mentions in the supply. On the website it is clearly indicated what the customer is indepted when he purchases a product and what his rights and obligations are, if he agrees to the offer. Price changes reserved. All images, photos, data on weights, dimensions and colors etc. on the website of Groundfighter apply only approximate, are indicative and may not lead to compensation or dissolution of the contract.  

Order and cancellation
Groundfighter delivers only upon receipt of payment. Whatever the customer has chosen as method of payment, Groundfighter reserves the right to refuse orders or perform the order at a later timepoint.

Each order may, without payment of a penalty and without giving any reasons, if not yet sent, within 24 hours after the order is placed, be canceled. We ask you, to make a ticket in your account. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received.

If you already paid for the order which you want to cancel, Groudfighter reimburses the amount paid no later than fourteen (14) days.  

Delivery
Groundfighter is doing its best to deliver the orders as soon as possible. If delivery is delayed - either by temporarily not in stock, or for other reasons - or if an order is not or only partially implemented, the customer will receive a notification.

If Groundfighter specified a time of delivery, this is only indicative. A stated time of delivery is never a deadline. The final time of delivery, however, will never be longer than one week, unless there is force majeure. When exceeding the time of delivery, the customer should hold Groundfigher liable in writing.  

Delivery in and outside of the Netherlands will take place with UPS. The customer pays the shipping costs, which are mentioned on the website.  

Prices
The prices mentioned on the website are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are (unless otherwise specified) are not included in these prices. Before the agreement is closed, the total price, including shipping costs, will be reported on the website.    

Shipping
Risk of damage and loss of articles during transportation to the customer will be for account of Groundfighter. After the articles are received by the customer, risk of damage or loss of articles is for account of the customer himself. If one or more articles is being lost, the customer is obligated to cooperate in the investigation. By not fulfilling this obligation Groundfighter is entitled to redress the price of the articles on the customer.  

Dutch law purchase at distance
For all purchases a view period of 7 workdays applies. The view period is defined as the customer's right to return the articles without any obligation in its original packaging within 7 days.

During this period the client will deal carefully with the product and packaging. He will only open the product in the extent necessary to judge if he wants to keep the product. If he uses his cancellation right, he will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Groundfighter, in accordance with by Groundfighter stated reasonable and clear instructions.  

The cost of return shipment shall be for account of the customer. Upon receipt of the consignment and approval of Groundfighter on the state of the products, the redeposition will be made within 14 days.  

If Groundfighter has not been able to deliver, the customer has the right to cancel the order without any obligations.
Exchange and return
We will do everything to inform you about the articles on our website. If an article has not suit your needs, it may be exchanged or returned. In order to return the article you have to fill in contact form, indicating your name, the order number and the articles you wish to exchange or return.  

For returns or exchanges some conditions apply.

• - The articles which you want to return should be reported as return within seven (7) workdays after receipt at the delivery address via the contact form.
• - The exchange items must be handled with as indicated in accordance with article Dutch law purchase at distance.

The articles, which are reported as return, should immediately, but no later than seven (7) working days after receipt at the delivery address be returned to us. Groundfighter only accepts returns which have been handled with as described above. Returns that are not or not within the prescribed time reported will not be accepted.  

Your return will be, after reporting and after receipt of the articles, confirmed by email. In case of prepayment, Groundfighter reimburses the amount paid no later than fourteen (14) days.  

Reservation of property
The property of delivered articles goes to the customer, if the customer fulfilled all his obligations as stated in the agreement with Groundfighter.   

Warranty
Groundfighter ensures that its products meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifetime as was reasonably intended by parties of the agreement and thus stands in for the fabric warranty of the product delivered to you.      

Privacy
If you place an order with Ground Fighter, then your data will be put in the customer base of Ground Fighter. Ground Fighter respects the ducht law of Personal Registration and will not share your information with third parties (as stated in the Privacy Policy). Groundfighter respects the privacy of users of its website and ensures the privacy of your personal information. Ground Fighter uses a newsletter, each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list. When you place an order with Groundfighter you are automatically signed up for this newsletter.  

Force Majeure
In the event of force Majeure, Grounfighter has the right, at its opinion, to postpone the delivery of products, or terminate the contract without judicial intervention, by written communication to the customer. Groundfighter is not obliged to any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable to the standards of reasonableness and fairness.  

Dutch law apply
To all rights, obligations, discounts, orders and agreements which these general conditions apply, together with these conditions, only Dutch law applies.
